Quick Tips
Get the Best Results
For accurate material identification, try to minimize background noise in your photos.
Tip: Place the object on a plain surface and avoid including unrelated items in the frame.
Using the Thumbs Up or Down
If the app identifies an item correctly, tap the green thumbs up.
If the identification is incorrect, tap the red thumbs down.
Not Sure? It’s okay to not select a thumb, or reach out to support@earthsort.com for help.
Feedback Matters
When you use the thumbs up or down, your input helps us train future versions of the app's AI.
Look for the confirmation message: "Thank you for your feedback!" Future updates will make this even more noticeable.
Stuck After Taking a Photo?
After snapping a photo, just press ‘Use Photo’ to continue. It’s that simple!
